Who we are
As a holistic running coach, my philosophy centers on an approach that nurtures your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being to help you achieve your running goals. My goal is to help you believe in yourself and unlock your full potential.
Each athlete I coach is unique, and I’m committed to understanding you as a person so we can create a training plan tailored to your needs. I believe in starting with small, achievable steps and gradually building on them as your training progresses. Together, we'll review your running history, current status, any obstacles you face, and what you hope to accomplish with a coach by your side.
We’ll begin by focusing on building a solid running base to improve your aerobic efficiency. My aim is for you to feel comfortable and confident with your breathing and running ability. I’ll provide you with the tools to establish a strong foundation so you can run farther and faster with confidence.
Additionally, I encourage all of my athletes to complement their running with cross-training or strength training to reduce injury risk and mental fatigue. We can collaborate to determine what works best for you.
